All our unique cards are available for you to choose on-line. When you select a card and personalise it we then set to work. Your card and internal greeting are printed and dispatched.

Cardshop.ie cards are of a high quality 230gm. The front of the card has a smooth glossy finish while the inside has a matt finish. All the cards are 5" by 7". (Five inches wide and seven inches tall). Envelopes are plain white with the address typed.

After you personalise your card you can select to have it posted on a particular date, subject to the dispatch schedule (see details below for times). Alternatively you may choose a date at some point in the future to have the greeting card posted.

All cards are posted in the afternoon.

The schedule for posting cards is as follows

 
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday:      Cards posted by 5pm that day
Ordered after 1pm Monday to Thursday:    Cards posted by 5pm next day
Ordered after 1pm Friday:                        Cards posted by 5pm the following Monday
Cards ordered Saturday and Sunday:        Cards posted by 5pm the following Monday

Exceptions to this will be bank holiday weekends. In the event that a Monday or any other day of the week is a bank holiday the cards will be posted on the next appropriate date.

All customers must note that while we make every effort to ensure cards are posted we can not guarantee delivery. The cards are all dispatched through the normal mail of the Irish postal service "An Post". Customers are asked to note that it is better to plan for a card to arrive a couple of days early that a day late.

Postage is payable in addition to the cost of the cards. Currently postage rates are 55 cent for Ireland and 82 cent for the rest of the world.
