What About Delivery Delays?

You must ensure that you allow adequate time for your cards to arrive. See our Delivery and Postage section for details. We will post your card for you but rely on the postal service to deliver your card.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

You can change (or cancel) your order providing it has not already been printed or despatched. Go to (My Account->Current Order Status) and check the order status. As long as the status is showing as "Pending" then you can change or cancel it online, just click on the order and use the buttons to help you. If the status displays anything else then unfortunately it is already in the system preparing for despatch.

What If I Experience Technical Difficulties With the Web Site?

If you receive an unexpected error message or something strange happens while you are using the website, please write down the following details and contact us. The more information you can give us, the quicker we will be able to identify the problem.

• Where were you on the website?
• What were you doing immediately before it happened?

Before going live, new functionality on the site is checked thoroughly with as many combinations of Internet Browser and Operating Systems as possible. However, there are many different combinations and things occasionally do not work as intended.

If this is the case, we will try to fix the problem as quickly as possible. There are a few old browsers that we just can't support because they don't have enough functionality to allow the website to work. In these cases we recommend upgrading to a newer browser. It's easy and free and it will make it easier for you to use all sites, not just ours!

While all efforts have been made to ensure the website is compatible with as many browsers as possible, it has been optimised for use with Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. If you are experiencing difficulties with out site, please contact us.

Tell Me About Personalising the Inside of My Card.

There are four sections on the inside of each card that can be modified. The outside of the cards cannot be changed. You can upload a photo to the inside left of any card.

How much do the cards cost?

All cards have the costs displayed in Euro. Postage charges are extra and determined by the destination. These are typically 55cent for Ireland and 82cent for the rest of the world. There are no other charges.

What size are the cards?

All cards are portrait 5 inches wide by 7 inches tall when closed. The card is 230gm.
